Peter lives in an apartment but he wants to buy a house with a large yard with many trees, pretty flowers and lots of green grass. He wants a garage for his car. He looked at a house yesterday. It needed a new roof. Last week's rain got inside one of the top rooms in the house. The backyard fence was very old. It needed a new gate. The back gate didn't close well. The rear door in the back of the house needed work too. The price for the house is good, but it will take a lot of work. Peter needs to look at other houses before he makes a choice.
